Step Aerobics

 This is a great option if you are looking for a low-impact workout that can make you stronger and fitter.

*Start out using a low step and then gradually increase the height as you get more comfortable and want a greater challenge.
*With both simple and advanced workouts available, you’ll never be bored in a fun and energizing step aerobics class!
*Steps classes will be provided by a certified Xtreme hip hop instructor.

Strong Nation

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
In each class you’ll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.

Group Training with Ambal

Ambal is our gym’s Certified Personal Trainer, and in this class, she’ll be teaching all kinds of exercises you may or may not already know. She’ll take you through circuits, teach you how to use different equipment, and more! You’ll do everything from cardio work to lifting dumbbells and kettle bells to improve your strength.

HITT Class (High Intensity Interval Training)

A HIIT workout consists of short bouts of intense work lasting anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds, followed immediately by a period of active recovery of the same length or longer.
